4. Account Registration and Security

• You must register an account to access certain services.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login details.
• You agree not to share your account credentials.
• You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

5. Payment Terms

• All services require prepayment before activation.
• We accept payments via credit/debit cards, PayPal, and other listed methods.
• In case of failed payment, we may suspend or terminate your account.
• All fees are non-refundable unless stated otherwise.
• Late payments may incur a late fee or service suspension.

6. Refund Policy

• We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on shared hosting plans.
• Refunds are not applicable for:
  • Domain registrations
  • SSL certificates
  • VPS and dedicated servers
  • Violations of our User Agreement

7. Acceptable Use Policy

By using our services, you agree NOT to:

• Host illegal content (e.g., copyrighted material without permission, malware, phishing sites).
• Engage in spamming, hacking, or other cyber-attacks.
• Overuse server resources, affecting other users.
• Host content related to hate speech, terrorism, or illegal activities.
• Resell our services without authorization.

We reserve the right to terminate accounts violating this policy.

8. Service Uptime and SLA

• We aim to provide 99.9% uptime.
• However, we are not responsible for downtime caused by:
  • Maintenance
  • Third-party service failures
  • Force Majeure (e.g., natural disasters, cyber-attacks)
• In case of extended downtime, we may offer account credits, at our discretion.

9. Data Backup & Security

• We provide regular backups, but do not guarantee 100% data recovery.
• You are responsible for maintaining your own backups.
• We are not liable for data loss or corruption.

10. Account Termination and Suspension

We may suspend or terminate your account if:

• You violate this User Agreement.
• Your account is involved in illegal activities.
• Payments are overdue beyond the grace period.
• Requested by law enforcement authorities.

You may cancel your account at any time through your client portal.

11. Limitation of Liability

• VertexHost LLC is not responsible for any indirect or incidental damages (e.g., loss of revenue, downtime, data loss).
• Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the last month of service.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify VertexHost LLC from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services.
