3. Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for our shared and VPS hosting plans. If you are unsatisfied with our services within the first 30 days, you may request a refund. The refund will exclude non-refundable services and any fees associated with third-party services.

Company-Initiated Terminations

- Initiating a chargeback through your bank or payment provider without first contacting us for a resolution will result in an immediate account suspension.
